The fabric is pre-shrinked to prevent deformation, then softened by cellulase washing to enhance its skin-friendliness while retaining the rugged texture characteristic of twill. Cellulase bio-polishes the cotton fibers, breaking down surface fuzz and achieving an ultra-soft, supple feel while preserving cotton’s natural breathability. This process is more environmentally friendly than traditional stone washing, reducing physical damage to the fibers. The overall stitching is straight and delicate, the fabric is comfortable and soft, and the color is consistent with no color difference.
