●Description: The distressed denim texture and knife-cut details are all presented through a printing process, resulting in a highly realistic effect. It uses custom 360g pure cotton off-white piqué fabric for the printing, giving the fabric a delicate, reddish sheen and a seasonal optical illusion print. Inkjet inks and dirty mineral tones are used, and laser cutting is employed to efficiently and precisely separate each piece. Post-processing involves hand ironing, cutting, and sewing. The waistband and pant shape measurements are perfectly replicated, resulting in a more flattering fit for Asian body types than previous Baggy styles. The leg opening is just right without sagging. A 3D cold transfer printing process ensures the denim fabric’s durability. Boasting the same texture and feel as traditional denim, this garment utilizes 3D printing technology to recreate the original’s color saturation. Precise control over the denim fabric’s thickness and texture is achieved through layer-by-layer printing using an advanced 3D printer. Each piece is then efficiently and precisely separated using laser cutting and layout techniques. After ironing, cutting, and sewing, the pieces are assembled into a complete denim garment. Every side of the fabric is precisely printed and sewn, with millimeter-level precision. This milestone product features straight and delicate stitching, a comfortable and soft fabric, and consistent color with no color difference.
